Shipping Policy

Delivery Time Frames

Delivery time frames are approximate and provided as estimates only. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, public holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery or any resulting losses arising from such circumstances.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and regional public holidays in India. Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within India only.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

The delivery timeframe begins from the date the order is dispatched and not from the date the order is placed.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Locations Across India: 3–7 business days

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier service disruptions, remote area accessibility, severe weather conditions, or government restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the completion of your purchase. Any promotional offers for free shipping will be subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of the offer.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information at the time of placing an order. We shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, using the same payment method, or sharing the same billing or shipping address.

If an order is cancelled or modified by us, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other contact information provided during checkout, wherever applicable.

8. Non-Delivery Due to Customer Unavailability

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or failure to respond to the courier partner, the order may be returned to us. Any re-shipping charges for such orders shall be borne by the customer.
