Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must:

  • Be defective, damaged, or received in a faulty condition.

  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Be accompanied by the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

To initiate a replacement request, please contact us at spacethingecom@gmail.com with your order details and photographs/videos of the damaged or defective product.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

All sales are final upon successful delivery of the product. Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.

  • Dissatisfaction with the product where no manufacturing defect or transit damage exists.

  • Products returned after the eligible replacement period.

Replacement Policy

We only replace items if they are found to be damaged, defective, or faulty upon delivery.

If you need a replacement for the same item, please email us at spacethingecom@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery along with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.

  • Clear photographs and/or videos showing the defect or damage.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the replacement of the product. Replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse.

  • The product is returned without its original packaging or accessories.

  • The request is made more than 7 days after delivery.

  • Damage resulting from improper handling by the customer.

Inspection and Approval

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your replacement request. If approved, the replacement process will be initiated within a reasonable timeframe.
